Ms. Lenczewski has been a legal intern with Fay Kaplun & Marcin since the summer of 2019. Under the supervision of registered patent attorneys, Ms. Lenczewski participates in U.S. and foreign patent prosecution across a wide array of patent prosecution fields including medicine, mechanical engineering, computer science and telecommunications.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lenczewski worked as the IP & Patent legal intern at Commvault’s global headquarters, assisting in-house counsel with patent law matters relating to software, cybersecurity, data visualization and cloud storage while under the supervision of registered patent attorneys.
Ms. Lenczewski is also a member of the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic, where she performs Pro Bono work, under the supervision of registered patent attorneys, for start-up companies in need of patent and trademark work relating to the fields of medicine, mechanical engineering, and software. Additionally, Ms. Lenczewski is a member of the Moot Court Honor Society – Appellate Division.
Ms. Lenczewski earned a Bachelor's degree on the Pre-Medical track from Stony Brook University in 2015, and completed coursework in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Advanced Mathematics, and all relevant lab courses.
Prior to law school, Ms. Lenczewski worked for two years at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy LLP, where she assisted with corporate immigration matters.
