Our attorneys have extensive experience in patent preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the U.S. and worldwide. We serve a range of clients from universities, to start-ups, to large Fortune 500 companies and have been involved in every aspect of U.S. patent practice, including reexamination, reissue, and appeals. We also regularly file international applications on behalf of our clients, and work closely with foreign law firms to assist clients in securing and managing foreign patent rights. In addition, we regularly work with clients and foreign law firms in submission of post-issuance requirements and maintenance of patents and patent applications worldwide.

We are equipped to handle patent prosecution dockets of any size. The firm currently manages numerous patent prosecution dockets which include hundreds of U.S. patent families and, when corresponding foreign applications are included, expand into the thousands.
